SwanMobile Data

SwanMobile Data is a Android smartphone app used for receiving and managing alarms from the CareCom system.SwanMobile Data will receive alarms as long as the phone is connected to a local LAN network on Wi-Fi, or on the telecommunication providers network via GPRS, 3G or similar. The user does not have to worry about switching networks, as this is automatically handled by SwanMobile Data.With SwanMobile Data you can accept or reject alarms. SwanMobile Data is always active in the background, so alarms will get through to the user, even if other apps are used on the phone. Alarms can be accepted or rejected. If the user does not accept or reject the alarm within the configured time, the alarm will time out and be handled according to the call plan in the CareCom system.When an alarm is accepted, further information of the alarm is shown e.g. the phone number and notes regarding the health of the citizen (diabetes, respiratory problems). With a single touch the user can call the citizen.If an address is registered for the citizen, this is transferred in the alarmmessage. The user can press on the address and use Google Maps to see where the alarm has its origin.The CareCom system monitors all the SwanMobile Data phones. If a phone is out of reach (off-line), alarms are send to the next SwanMobile Data phone according to the call plan in the CareCom system.Assault and fire alarms can also be handled by SwanMobile Data.
